How booking works
Splendor runs entirely by appointment. A few simple steps secure your artist, your slot, and your private chair.
01. Enquire online or in person
Message us on Facebook, or visit the studio to choose your package.
02. Confirm with 50% advance
Pay via bKash, bank transfer, or in person to secure your slot.
03. Receive your exact timing
Your final slot time is shared one day before the event.
04. Arrive & be transformed
Brides arrive 15 minutes prior for skin prep and a calm start.
Bridal Booking Policies
Please read before reserving
- An early-morning slot between 8:00–9:00 AM carries an additional ৳1,000.
- A 50% advance confirms your booking. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
- Cancellations or schedule changes one day prior cannot be accommodated. With 7+ days' notice, arrival time may be adjusted, subject to availability.
- Delays beyond 10 minutes move the makeover to the last available slot of the day, subject to the artist's prior commitments.
- To keep a calm space for the bride, additional guests are welcome only if they are also availing services.
- We do not provide party makeup to brides; an undisclosed party booking is cancelled with no refund.
- Fresh flowers and decorative hair accessories are arranged by the client. For Hindu brides, we offer elegant white-dot detailing in place of kolka or alpana.
- Photographs taken at the studio are used solely for our portfolio and marketing — social media, website and promotional material.
